Our Chardonnay is crafted primarily from fruit hailing from our estate vineyard in the Wahluke Slope AVA, where the weather is warm, and soils are composed of sandy loam deposited by the Columbia River during the Missoula floods. This site produces quality Chardonnay year after year.
The pure flavors and juicy texture of this Chardonnay are accentuated by foregoing barrel contact and secondary malolactic fermentation. This un-oaked approach creates a lively, bright, and well-balanced wine that displays a gold hue and bright notes of nectarine, pear, lemon, lime, and fresh herbs.
This vibrant Chardonnay is dazzling alongside crab cakes, chicken salad with peach, mango and macadamia nuts, spring vegetable terrine with creamy tomato sauce or seared scallops on grilled sweet corn relish.
